This toolkit is a guide for clinicians, scientists, or community leaders looking to implement the Brain Care Score in their work. It serves as a resource to start new brain health projects or to have the BCS complement existing programs in community organizations, research studies, or clinics, by simplifying the conversation around brain health, and how it is connected to overall health. Included in the Toolkit are planning and readiness resources, implementation guides & scripts, training materials for staff, evaluation and outcome tracking tools.
